Head of Operations - EMS (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Production, Industrial Engineering, and Quality Control teams to achieve operational KPIs
• Report operational performance to the Management Board with improvement recommendations
• Mentor, engage, and motivate team members to achieve and excel in productivity standards.
• Prepare and manage CAPEX based on forecast and budget
• Implement strategic processes and standards to achieve operational excellences
• Analyze resource requirement based on future demand while managing operational costs

Your qualifications

• MBA, MSc in Manufacturing Engineering, BSc Engineering or equal degree
• Minimum ten years’ experience in operations of EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) or similar industry
• Sound knowledge and experience in LEAN Six Sigma Manufacturing Technology
• Sound knowledge and experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Industry
• Outstanding communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with analytical mind
• Excellent in organizational and leadership skills to develop, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve and adhere with Company’s Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Familiar with SAP ERP system & MES system
• Hands on experience with latest manufacturing technologies (e.g.: AI, Industrial 4.0)
